WARRANTY ASSURANCE PROGRAM

The Greco Remodelers, Inc. Warranty Assurance Program actually begins before your project is complete. Our production team works very hard to ensure that your project meets or exceeds your expectations.

Even so, there may still be some things you notice after the project is completed that you believe require our attention. Dealing with those things quickly and effectively and with minimum inconvenience to you is the goal of our Warranty Assurance Program.

At Greco Remodelers, Inc. we take great pride in our reputation for quality remodeling projects and our outstanding warranty program. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Our Warranty Assurance Program gives you a three (3) year labor warranty in addition to the warranties provided on our products. This labor warranty is triple the standard industry labor warranty.

The Warranty specifies coverage against defects in workmanship or materials and establishes standards of performance. Specifically excluded is any “consequential damage” to personal property, or any damage due to normal wear and tear, failure to maintain the home and its mechanical systems, or failure to take prompt action to mitigate damages or report defects. Storm damage, for example, is not a defect in workmanship or materials and is not covered under your warranty.

Our Production Coordinator is responsible for dealing with any warranty issues that may arise. Simply call or write with detailed information. The Production Coordinator will take down the information and arrange a service call at a convenient time. The service personnel will analyze the situation and provide an explanation.

A written labor warranty will be sent to you at the final processing of your job. Please note that all payments must be paid in full to activate the warranty.
